Privacy Policy

How we handle personal information submitted through this website.

Who we are

This website is operated by Senergy Group Limited, trading as Senergy Consult, registered in England and Wales under company number 13077201. Our registered office is Castle Court, 41 London Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9RJ, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@senergyconsult.co.uk or 01306 302084.

What information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through the enquiry form on this website: your name, company name, email address, telephone number, an indication of company size, the service you are interested in, your message, and your consent to be contacted. We also record the date and time your enquiry was received.

Why we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss the services you have asked about, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without a separate, explicit request.

Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Where the information is stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure, access-controlled database operated on our behalf by our hosting and database providers. Access is restricted to the people who need it in order to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a reasonable business record of the correspondence, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing. We use service providers for website hosting, database storage and email; those providers process data on our instructions only.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask for deletion, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website develops — for example when secure client accounts are introduced. Any material change will be reflected on this page.
